From the Park Manager

What a pleasure it has been to see the cold days of winter come to an end and watch the Business Park’s plants and bird life respond to the call of spring. Our roses, look particularly good

The painting of the inside walls and palisades in the Park is almost complete and is looking great. The quote for the curb and road markings at the security gates has been approved and work has
already begun.

On a less positive note, I have written to the owners who have containers in their yards requesting them to remove them as this is not in keeping with the Park rules nor with the aesthetics of the Park.

The cleaning up of the outside gardens, next to the petrol station, is ongoing and we are trying to keep it neat and tidy at all times.  Security as always is one of our main priorities and during this
festive period please remain vigilant and make sure your alarm is working and that your premises are locked when you leave. I appeal to all owners and tenants to please update your contact details for emergency purposes with my office.

I would like to thank everyone for their contributions during the course of 2020, to the owners and tenants for their cooperation and support as well as to our contractors for all their hours of hard
work.

Lastly I would like to take this opportunity of wishing everyone a wonderful festive season, stay safe and have a happy, prosperous 2021!
